What is Supplementary Exam & Why it’s Important
The supplementary exam is organised by the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) for students who couldn’t pass in one or more subjects in the regular annual exams. It gives these students another opportunity to secure passing marks and continue their studies without delay. Punjab boards hold regular matric exams in March-April. Those who fail are allowed to appear in supplementary exams, which in 2025 took place in late August to September.
